Satya Retreat Consulting understands the work involved in planning and organizing a retreat of any size. We are familiar with handling the logistical details that must be addressed on every level, in order to ensure a flawless event for you and your participants! We will partner up with the selected venues to help build and create your perfect retreat, and will offer suggestions and ideas as needed.
When you are ready to begin planning your next retreat, we invite you to call on us to take over all of the pre-retreat planning, as well as onsite coordinating during your retreat if desired.

Annabelle Teleki, founder of Satya Retreat Consulting, has had multiple careers in her life. Raised bilingually and biculturally, she has traveled for much of her life. This experience has enriched her understanding and respect for other cultures. Annabelle’s work experience includes Teaching Spanish, Social Work and Counseling, Corporate Travel Consulting, Tour and Travel Directing, Meeting and Event Planning, Hospitality and Hotel Management. Annabelle is also a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and weaves the yogic principles of balance, groundedness and truth (Satya) into her work with retreats.
Annabelle believes whole-heartedly in providing the highest quality of service to her clients, and truly enjoys being able to create an unforgettable experience for them through her hard work. She holds herself to a high standard of ethics, and is responsible, reliable and resourceful in all that she does.

Satya Retreat Consulting is dedicated to providing a retreat experience that allows space for truth (the word "Satya" in Sanskrit means "Truth"). We believe that one embarks on a retreat experience for many reasons... relaxation, yoga and meditation practice, a vacation away from the day to day, body work, therapy-based inter-personal work, fun... and much more! In essence, any process that brings healing and growth.
To "retreat" or to "step back," is a way for us to slow down and reflect on what is true for each of us.
Should you decide to work with Satya Retreat Consulting, you will be leaving all of the planning and logistical work behind for us to handle, so that you and your retreat participants can focus your precious energy on the retreat’s healing content in a way that is true for you.
Our insight and expertise in planning special events allows us to anticipate needs, establish and maintain positive vendor relationships, and take care of the many logistical arrangements involved in organizing a retreat.
At Satya Retreat Consulting, we understand that each retreat is unique, requiring individual services and attention. We are happy to arrange special activities and will offer suggestions as needed – whatever it takes to create an amazing retreat experience! We believe in being flexible, and tailoring our services to fit your needs. We will structure our pricing fees as such, depending upon the group size, destination and accommodations, outside activities, meals, and ground transportation. We will act as liaison between you and the chosen property location, as well as working directly with your participants to ensure that their individual requests are being honored.
In addition to providing the pre-retreat planning services, Satya Retreat Consulting also offers optional onsite-coordination services. Depending upon your retreat location/destination and number of participants, this service can be invaluable.
There are times when an "onsite retreat manager" can be essential in assuring that the space, meals and daily activities are confirmed and in place. The onsite manager is the "go-to" person for the participants, as unforeseen questions or concerns can sometimes arise. Different cultures have different ways of operating; an onsite manager can take over these tasks so that you are available to focus on the actual retreat content rather than logistical details.

Isla Mujeres — A stunning 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun’s Puerto Juarez, Isla Mujeres is a charming island and fishing village only 5 miles long and ½ mile wide. With its “pueblo” like feel, gorgeous white sandy beaches, and lively downtown area which offers a variety of cafes, ethnic restaurants and shopping... this sweet little island has something for everyone!
Valladolid — An elegant colonial town founded in 1543, Valladolid is 100 miles inland from Cancun, and also 100 miles from the beautiful city of Merida. In addition to its beautiful town square, colonial architecture and nearby cenotes (natural caves containing wells nestled in tropical lush foliage), Valladolid also offers local tours to ancient Mayan ruins such as Ek Balam and Chichen Itza.
Tulum — 81 miles south of Cancun, Tulum is known for its long stretches of virgin-like beaches, small town and stunning Mayan Ruins overlooking the Caribbean. The town now houses more restaurants and shops and has become home to many Italians and other foreigners. Tulum is known for its "laid back" and peaceful vibration. It's the perfect setting for those wishing to do very little, and simply be.
